Get to Know Blogger Sisters Elle and Blair Fowler!

What made you want to start blogging?
Elle: During the summer of 2008, I was home in our tiny town in Tennessee after being away all year at college. I became obsessed with online beauty product reviews. I decided to try my hand at reviewing them via video and uploading them to YouTube. Surprisingly, it was so fun! I became addicted instantly, so I talked my little sister Blair into doing them as well.

How did you get involved with JustFab?
Elle: We just clicked with JustFab! We decided it would be a perfect fit to really work together and cross promote our fabulous accessories.

What's the best part about working with their team?
Blair: Our favorite part about working there are the days when we have photo shoots. It's incredible! The atmosphere and vibe of the entire place is just amazing.

In the second episode of "Kimora: House of Fab," we see you getting ready for the Teen Choice Awards and picking out shoes with Ashley and Sarah. What did you think of your final looks?
Elle: We looked for our dresses for a long time, and when we finally found them, we knew they were perfect! Ashley and Sarah definitely helped pull the entire look together. We would have been lost without them!
 
Are there any particular JustFab styles that you really love right now?
Blair: Can we say all of them?! We're heel girls, so any giant heels in fun colors or details catch our eyes. We're always like, "We must have these now!"

How would you describe your styles?
Elle: I would say Blair is a little more out there and trendy. She takes more chances.
Blair:And Elle is more feminine and classy.

What's your first big fashion memory?
Blair: Our mom used to take us to Glamour Shots once in a while to get all dolled up and take pictures. I remember being four or five and dressing up in this adorable white lace dress in a tea party set up, and I knew right then that I loved fashion. It became an obsession. I wasn't just a little girl who liked playing dress up every now and then—I lived in a dress up fantasy.

What trends are you most looking forward to for 2013?
Elle: I love that emerald is so big! Green is such a pretty color that often gets overlooked.
 
Who are your favorite designers and why?
Blair: Chanel, Christian Louboutin, Alexander McQueen, Hermes... the list goes on and on. Need we say more?
 
What is the best styling tip you've learned so far?
Elle: Always pick one body part you love and flaunt it! If you have killer legs, show them off in a dress! A tiny waist? Wear something with a tighter top!
 
What is your philosophy on accessorizing?
Elle: Less is more. I typically stick with just one necklace and a stack of arm candy.
Blair: Less is less. The more the merrier for me!
 
What kinds of dresses do you like to wear?
Blair: We both love all dresses, but Elle always likes them to show off her tiny waist. Can you say jealous?! I love maxis and flowy, shapeless dresses.
 
What has been your most memorable splurge?
Blair: Definitely the first time I ever bought Christian Louboutin heels. I was 15 and in New York City for my first ever fashion week. Why did I even need them at 15? Who knows, but I did! I tripped the first time I wore them and ruined my outfit! Nonetheless, I still love them.
 
What advice do you have for someone who wants to start their own vlog?
Elle: Put yourself out there! It's hard to make that first video, but it is so fun and quickly will become your new hobby! I am so glad I posted my first video.
 
What beauty items are you currently obsessed with?
Blair: I'm currently obsessed with Olay's new Fresh Effects line. It's perfect for my skin—I feel like it was made for me! I also love Benefit Cosmetics' "They're Real!" mascara and Skylark's "Snowkissed Cashmere" eyeshadow palette.
