Giuliana & Bill in the Safe Zone! Baby Rancic Is on the Way!
In next week's season finale of Giuliana & Bill, the couple attend their gestational carrier's 12-week ultrasound and find out that they are officially in the safe zone. Hurray! That means they don't have to worry about a miscarriage and can finally forge ahead with nursery plans and share their happy pregnancy news with all of their loved ones.
