Giuliana Raves About Her & Bill's Fabulous Cabo Getaway!
With their schedules winding down, Bill surprised Giuliana with a fun and relaxing trip to Cabo on tonight's episode. G&B were joined by a few of their friends. Read on to find out what G had to say about their time there!
You stayed at the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences. What was your favorite part about the villa and why?
It was so gorgeous! It was luxury all the way! Having our own private beach was probably my favorite part. Doesn't get much better than that!
We saw you in lots of gorgeous color during the trip! What was your approach to packing for the vacay?
I like being comfortable yet cute, so I packed bright sundresses and tunics. I like soft, flowy materials. They're perfect for Mexico's warm weather. Plus, they don't take up much room in my suitcase—more room for wedges!
You indulged in a lot of fun activities while in Cabo. What are your favorite memories from the trip?
I loved spending alone time with Bill. It's so fun to be around our friends, but Bill and I are always so busy working and traveling, it was really nice to be able to take some time away from it all and just hang with him. As you all saw in the episode, we had a nice and relaxing couples massage.
Any close calls with dishing the news of the baby to your friends? How hard was it to keep that in?
It was so hard! Of course, Bill and I talked about the baby all the time back then when we were alone, so there were several occasions when I almost let the secret slip…thank goodness I caught myself each time! I am so glad it's out in the open now.
You got the call from your gestational carrier that the baby was doing well. How was it to receive the news?
Of course, it was just the cherry on top of the already amazing weekend. The most important thing to us is the health of our baby and hearing the news that all was well was incredible. It was a much-needed piece of information that really put us at ease and helped us enjoy our trip that much more.
