Versace Showdown: Nicki Minaj Delivers a Massive Attack
Nicki Minaj and Blake Lively are on absolute opposite sides of the fashion spectrum. Blake works her sex appeal while Nicki's style is straight-up craziness. But these two stars collided in their love of Versace when they recently wore similar dresses by the fashion house.
Blake wore the minidress first in September for the Versace for H&M fashion show. For a sultry dress that had so much potential, she utterly mangled it! As is usually the problem with Blake's style, the dress is too small for her. She should have gone up a size, she looks like she's suffocating! The blazer was a feeble attempt to save her look, but the unwise addition of the tights was the coup de grâce that killed any chance this outfit had.

Nicki wore the full-length, color inverse version in December to Billboard's 6th Annual Women in Music event. This toned down look surprised us as we're used to her outlandish costumes, but she wore it well. The gown fitted her nicely, and we loved the dash of color she added with the pink lips and teal mani. We considered docking points for the distracting blonde wig, but decided against it since it's part of her public persona.Therefore, we award a narrow victory to Nicki!
