Tia Gets Real: "When Tamera Takes a Risk, She Looks Great!"
"Tamera dresses too conservatively for her age," Tia told myStyle recently. "I am more of a risk taker when it comes to fashion. When Tamera takes a little bit of a risk, she looks great." Hmm, perhaps Tamera should've consulted Tia about her image before struggling to prove to the editors of Essence magazine that she's not the same boy-crazy girl that she was during her Sister, Sister days, as was shown on last night's episode of Tia & Tamera.
For instance, what did Tia think of Tamera's dress at NBC Universal's Golden Globes after-party earlier this year? "This look is very cute on Tamera. I think my sister has beautiful shoulders and beautiful arms. So, that's what I love about this dress," Tia explained. "But again, my sister is a woman. Let's sex it up a little bit! But I do love this color on her." How's that for a compliment sandwich?
Tamera did knock it out of the park for Tia when she showed up to the 2012 People's Choice Awards in a tastefully revealing Nina Ricci lace dress. "I was shocked that Tamera didn't have a bra on! " Tia said of the look. "I love that her hair was pulled back and she was owning it."
