Tomorrow's Top Designers
To help emerging designers get to the next level, Vogue and the fashion industry organization CFDA award three companies a total of $500,000 each year. This is a competition in which a mere nomination can result in a serious spike in store orders.
Established in 2003, the Fashion Fund awards designer who are in business at least two years, with at least one significant store carrying their line. Last year's winner, Joseph Altuzarra, won $300,000, while Pamela Love and Creatures of the Wind each took home $100,000. Click thorugh the gallery to see if you know any of these designers.
