Style Showdown: Gwyn Gives Green Cropped Pants Another Go

When Gwyneth Paltrow wore her army green capri-length pants by Current/Elliot back in June (left), she should have known that she'd look like a fashion victim—literally! The distracting white straps of her pointy-toed heels made it seem like she had bandages on her feet.

But we're glad she gave the military chic bottoms a second try. While in the Big Apple recently, the Oscar winner was spotted wearing the same cropped number, but with a black open blazer, gray tank top, layered necklaces and brown zipper gladiator flats. We definitely prefer the dressed-down, not-trying-too-hard ensemble.
