Pantry Raid's Marinated Grilled Steak
Each week on Pantry Raid, Chef Michael Schulson works with novice cooks to prepare an extraordinary meal—using only the ingredients they already have on hand! Read on for the recipes he created with overwhelmed mom and wife Misty this week.
Marinated Grilled Steak
2 pounds tri-tip steak
1 can cola
1/2 cup whisky
1/2 cup oil
4 cloves garlicCrush the garlic and mix with oil, cola and whisky; add meat and marinate for at least 45 minutes. Grill steak for around 10 minutes per side. To serve, slice the meat in the opposite direction of the grain.
