Meet JustFab's Associate Buyer and Johnny's BFF Rose!

What does your job as Associate Buyer for Just Fab entail?
My job as a buyer is to know all of the current and upcoming trends and to have a thorough understanding of who the JustFab customer is and what they want. Most importantly, I need to be able to find and create the most fabulous merchandise possible!

What is your favorite part about working at JustFab?
I love that I work with so many creative people, like working directly with a designer like Johnny and everyone in marketing. It's definitely new to me, but I love learning and being inspired creatively. Working with Kimora is definitely special for me, because I've followed her career for a long time and have a ton of respect for what she has accomplished in her life. Whenever I have meetings with her, I just try to listen and absorb as much knowledge from her as possible.

Who do you get along best with at work?
Johnny and I definitely click. He always makes me laugh, which is a great feeling. If I am ever feeling down, he is definitely a ray of light for me.

What are the best parts about your bathroom gab sessions with him?
I love having pow wow's with Johnny because he is so fun! It's great whenever he and I can spend a little time away from everyone and catch up on life—both work and personal. He has the best stories and truly makes me laugh all of the time. I actually don't mind it when Johnny is being over the top—I let him do his thing! If he is being a bit cray, I just step into BFF duty and try to give him the best advice I can.

What are some of your favorite beauty products?
I am a total minimalist. Apparently I am stuck in high school because I still use Clinique products, but they work for me! I am completely obsessed with nail polish and am a die-hard Essie fan. I do my own nails every Sunday afternoon. It's so therapeutic!

What is your signature scent?
Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana. It's light and fresh. I love all things subtle. That's my motto for fashion and beauty.
