It's no secret fashionistas go gaga for Isabel Marant, and the latest in-demand item from the French designer is the Gava heel. Its one part sweet with the summer raffia and one part sassy with a leather ankle cuff, and celebs are 100% in love. Gisele Bündchen wore them first to the "Beauty Culture" exhibit with a black leather jacket, matching skirt and classic Chanel bag. Fellow model Karolina Kurkova followed in step by pairing the sexy kicks with a form-fitting LWD to the Ischia Global Film and Music Festival.
