Joining the ranks of Demi Moore (the first to show the world her growing belly on the cover of Vanity Fair back in 1991), Tia Mowry-Hardict, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera, the very pregnant Fashion Star mentor stripped down for the April cover of Elle magazine.

Jess has been openly excited about her pregnancy since announcing that she was going to be a "mummy" in the cutest way possible back on Halloween. In the spread, the about-to-pop Texan beauty officially confirmed that she's going to have a girl, who she hoped will follow in her fashionable footsteps. "Ah swear, ah will croak if she asks me for a pair of Nikes instead of Christian Louboutins!" the mogul drawled to the mag.

We can't even imagine what Ms. Simpson would do with an athletic kiddie, but then again, her fiancé Eric Johnson is a former NFL player! Seeing as Jess admitted that she'll probably give birth in YSL heels, here's to hoping she gets the best of both worlds.

But more importantly, how did Jess feel about baring all? "My Elle cover comes out today!!" she tweeted. "I'm a lil nervous but I've never felt more beautiful or empowered. I hope you like it!!!"
