After reading a goodbye letter from Frankie, the last think Gigi wanted to do was write one of her own. But that's just what Dr. Joe told the Jerseylicious star to do.

Luckily, Gigi didn't have to hand Frankie the note or see him again. All she had to do was get all of her feelings out on paper, and then she could burn the letter. It was a cathartic way to face her ex and her emotions, so she did just that.

Dear Frankie,

When I first met you, I was so young and so in love with you. Over time, I feel that I cared more about you than myself. There were times when I really needed you, and you weren't there. I looked at you like my best friend and biggest supporter, and then you put me down. I wouldn't be as strong as I am now if I didn't go through these hard times. I wish you all the best and hope you live a beautiful life. I would hope that you wish the same for me.
