There are many perks to a job at JustFab, from walls of shoes to projects with talented ladies like musician Avril Lavigne and stylist Jessica Paster. Being a Project Coordinator at the dot-com is awesome, but Sarah Marsh knows that it can also be stressful and full of some divalicious moments. How did you get involved with JustFab?
One of my close friends works for Sensa, another company under Intelligent Beauty. She told me about an opening at JustFab and I was all over it!

What are the best and worst parts about working forJustFab?
I love all of the amazing people that I work with, but I'm running out of space in my closet. I've turned into a shoe hoarder.

Who do you get along with best at work?
I get along great with everyone, but Ashley and I have a special bond.

What made you want to get into fashion?
Ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved putting together fun outfits, looking through fashion magazines and being on top of the latest trends. I love getting creative with different looks. It just makes me feel happy!

What are some of your passions in life?
Spending time with my family and friends, vintage shopping and any sort of outdoor activity like running, bike riding, hiking or stand-up paddle boarding.

What do the people you're closest to know you for?
My contagious giggles!

What has been your most memorable splurge?
My husband's wedding band.

What are your must-have travel essentials?
A swimsuit, sunscreen and maxi dresses, plus Bio-Oil to make your skin look flawless and help cover up uneven skin tone. I'm assuming I'm packing to go somewhere tropical...

Do you have a signature scent?
Nope! I'm always experimenting with new scents. Right now I love Marc Jacobs Daisy. Mont Blanc Presence is another one of my faves!

What is your best styling trick?
Fabsoles! Adding a Fabsole to your shoe can absolutely save your feet—and your day!
