Fringe Purse Frenzy

It seems we can't walk one block at the promenade without spotting several fringe bags in the crowd—and we love it!

Our inner Bohemian happens to think the shredded satchels should be attached to the maxiskirt-clad hips of fashionistas year-round, but they're definitely the It purse during the warm-weather months. They instantly give any outfit that relaxed, summertime feel. Plus, they've got such great movement, which is flirty and free-spirited at the same time.
