Season 5 Sneak Peek: My favorite part about the upcoming season has to be the journey I take in coming out with my book. It's been a dream of mine for a while and seeing it happen is fantastic.

Best Hair Trick: I don't have many tricks up my sleeve—I rely on good old fashion service. But, curling hair then brushing out the curls with a Mason Pearson brush always puts a smile on my clients' faces after they see the soft waves it gives them.

Best Secret Spot in Jersey: If i told you my favorite secret spot, it wouldn't be a secret any longer! No, I like my upscale North Jersey Italian restaurants. My three favorites are LuNello and Bellissimo's, both in Little Falls, and Luce Italian Restaurant in Caldwell. Any of those three, and I'm good.

Favorite Cocktail: My cocktails change with the seasons. From Labor Day until Memorial Day, I like Jack Daniels on the rocks. I won't drink Jack in the daytime though, only after 6 p.m. In the summer, I do Ketel One on the rocks or a mojito, but not just any mojito! I like it made with brown sugar and a dark spiced rum. I like wheat beer and Italian wine—my favorite one being Bertani Amarone—but I only do wines in the evening.

Best Part About Being a Dad: The look i get on my son's face when I walk in from work and he runs into my arms yelling, "Daddy!" No matter how bad my day has been, that makes everything melt away.
