Can someone please bump this seventh grader to, say, college? The girl is way beyond her years in terms of fashion. Elle Fanning attended the Chanel fall 2011 Haute Couture presentation in Paris wearing fashion forward flatforms. The white chunky strappies featured silver woven-and-scroll detailing, and complemented her sweet ivory floral-detailed tiered minidress with V-neck.
