Blooming Summer Dresses

Everybody looks cuter during the summer, but looking good in a heatwave? That takes talent. And our East Coast fashionistas turned it out this week, looking perfectly pulled-together (read: not frizzy or shiny) at one outdoor party after another in the freshest floral dresses. The perky garden party prints, like this one Dianna Agron wore, probably had a lot to do with it—no wilting allowed! That...and stocking up on every humidity-busting product you can find to avoid a makeup meltdown.
