Alexa Prisco & Danny Ziegler Welcome Glam Baby Girl

The glammiest baby of all is finally here!

After waiting a full week past her due date, Alexa Prisco and her man Danny Ziegler welcomed their first child, a daughter, at 12:18p today in New Jersey. McKayla Noelle Ziegler weighed in at 6 lbs, 15 oz, and measured 20 inches in length.

Danny was very excited to welcome his bundle of joy. "This is just the beginning for the Ziegler clan, and Alexa and I are both excited to start a family together," the new dad told Style.

Shortly before McKayla was born, Glam Fairy star Alexa told Style she was excited to start a family with Danny. "Just to be able to mold another human being, a little baby, in a really positive, wonderful way with another human being—I think that's amazing," she said.

As for their little girl's name, both mom and dad simply liked the sound of it. "We've kept a list of what our favorite names were, and we kept coming back to McKayla. At first, we were going to do a more European spelling of it, and then we realized how pretentious and silly that was, so we kept it pretty normal because we liked all the nicknames, like Mac and Mika."

In the days leading up to the birth, Alexa had been getting anxious to meet her little girl. She tried everything from extra exercise to eating hot wings, though she admitted she was getting bored waiting. "I'm doing everything and she just isn't coming! I have a weird feeling about tonight [though]!" Alexa tweeted on Monday. (Hmm...maybe that weird feeling was from all the hot wings?)
