Then, watch the hottie make her TV debut on Big Rich Atlanta January 23 at 8/7c on Style!
How did you come to develop your personal style?
It took me a long time to figure out who I was and accept who I was as a person. Being able to embrace your own style is about having the confidence to dress and be whoever you want to be. I was trying to fit in for a long time, but it was probably college when I started dressing however I wanted to and didn't care what other people thought. Now, I think it's funny when I walk into a place and people start whispering. I like to look different. I think that there is nothing more boring than looking like everyone else. I hate fashion trends. I may like some of the trends, but I would never dress head-to-toe in a trend. I think that's disgusting.
Who do you look up to in terms of fashion and beauty?
I love Daphne Guinness. I think she's so fearless! I don't like people who are plain and boring, and who really do have the desire to develop their own sense of style, but they can't because they're so worried about what people think about them. I'm convinced that I can wear a trash bag with high heels and make it work. It's really not about what's on your body half of the time. Confidence is the sexiest thing you can ever put on your body.
What's your philosophy when it comes to makeup?
I use MAC products. I like to do something different with my look all the time. I don't ever want to look the same every day. It's about not taking yourself too seriously. Have fun. Take risks.
Tell us about your signature big hair beauty look?
I've always been superweird about my hair. There's only one person who touches my hair since I was a child and that's Samantha Gunn. When I was 5-years-old, I literally came home from Disney World when I went with my cousin because they didn't know how to use hairspray on my hair. But college is when I started to rock big hair. Prior to that, I went to a private school, so I didn't embrace it then. I'll usually have some kind of bump on the top of my head. No hair is too big and no heel is too high.
Speaking of heels, what kinds of shoes do you love?
I won't wear any heel that's under six inches. I love Jeffrey Campbell and Senso Diffusion shoes. They have the highest heels ever. I can run in high heels. I clean the house in high heels. If you're on a straight stiletto, those are harder to walk in, but I can still do it. I love a platform wedge. Heels make me feel sexier and skinnier. I like to feel tall. Uggs are the only flat shoe I will wear.
Are you into bags as much as you are into shoes?
I love handbags, but I'm always in such a rush that, unless I'm going to an event where I have a clutch, I'm almost always carrying my Louis Vuitton bag. I can literally live out of that bag if I absolutely had to. I have makeup and accessories in there. My Louis Vuitton bag is just what I grab because I know that, in a desperate time, there's always something in there that I can use.
What style dresses would people catch you in?
A dress either has to be supershort or to the floor.
A girl's gotta have her sunglasses? What are your faves?
Lately, I've been into my Grey Ant Status sunglasses. They're just big, which is what I like. I also like Gucci sunglasses. I like Dsquared2. I like some of Karen Walker's sunglasses. I love a mirrored aviator sunglasses. Generally, my philosophy is that it's either superbig or outrageous or I don't do it.
How do you like to do your nails?
I hate neutral colors on my nails. I usually have a bright pink, coral or yellow color on. Otherwise, I'll do a dark color.
What's your go-to perfume?
I hate flowery scents. I hate flowers in general. I hate bows. I hate anything supergirlie. They give me a headache. Harvin and I are both like that. I love a manly smell, like the YSL men's cologne.
What is your must-have travel essential?
Wrinkles are a pet peeve of mine, so I have to have a steamer. I cannot stand to get to the hotel room and only having an iron because everybody knows you cannot ever iron your nice clothes. I also usually have a lint brush. I'm an overpacker in general.
What are some of your favorite hobbies?
I love to shop. Anything that has to do with clothing has always been a passion of mine. The easiest way to tell a story is through your fashion. It's like self-expression and freedom to me.
What has been your most memorable splurge?
This is hard for me, and it's awful to say, but I splurge more often than I'd like to admit. I feel like every item is something I have to have. I don't believe in a splurge. Everything's a necessity.
