Andrea's Glad Tamera Figured Out a Game Plan

Hola!

How did you all like this week's episode? I love being able to see how Tamera planned for Baby Aden. Someday, he's going to watch this and see how much his parents loved and cared for him even before he was born.

As soon as Tamera announced she was pregnant, she has people coming out of the woodwork giving her advice and their opinions about pregnancy and labor. She was getting an abundance of information and conflicting advice. Tamera had everyone's opinions going through her head and it was kind of overwhelming. I'm glad she decided to hire a doula and make a birth plan to help her focus.

What Tia said is true, you never know what's going to happen once you go into labor. There are all sorts of surprises with pregnancy. For Tamera, having a plan helped alleviate her anxiety and fear. After making a birth plan and talking to her doula, Tamera felt more prepared and less overwhelmed. Once she focused and got everyone else's opinions out of her head, she was able to breathe and feel at peace with the whole process.

I'm glad Tamera found the best plan for her family. I can't wait for you all to see how everything played out! BTW, I am absolutely in love with Baby Aden. He is sooooo precious!
